Welcome to the Service Agreement with Family Star Company. Effective Date: April 10, 2025. Governing Law: State of Florida, United States of America. Contact: familystarcompany@gmail.com. This Agreement is between FAMILY STAR COMPANY (“Company”), a Florida-based service provider, and any individual or entity (“Client”) receiving services, outlining legally binding terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
Company: FAMILY STAR COMPANY, including owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates.
Client: Any individual or entity receiving services via online, email, phone, messaging apps, or in-person.
Services: Document preparation, translation, notarization, immigration support, accounting, and other administrative services.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Purchasing or receiving services binds the Client to this Agreement.
Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of changes.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Services are provided as agreed, subject to availability and Florida/U.S. laws.
No outcomes or decisions based on documents are guaranteed.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client must provide accurate information and respond promptly with requested documentation.
Delays may result in service delays or termination without refund.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments are non-refundable once service begins.
Accepted methods: credit cards, cash, check (after funds clear), Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or website payments.
6. DELIVERY OF SERVICES
Services are delivered electronically, in-person, by mail, or via designated providers.
Client must verify receipt and report issues within 5 business days.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for purpose.
9. NO LEGAL REPRESENTATION
Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation.
Services are limited to administrative support.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, templates, and materials remain Company property.
Reproduction or distribution requires written consent.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Client information is kept confidential except as required by law or for enforcement.
12. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Company complies with Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and U.S. federal privacy laws.
13. AML AND ANTI-CORRUPTION COMPLIANCE
Company adheres to Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Clients must not use services for money laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal purposes.
14. EXPORT CONTROL COMPLIANCE
Services comply with U.S. export laws; clients must not violate these regulations.
15. FRAUD PREVENTION
Company may refuse or cancel services if fraud is suspected.
Clients must cooperate with investigations.
16. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Third-party vendors may be used; Company is not liable for their errors or delays.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Company is not liable for delays due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
18. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Company may modify this Agreement; clients should review updates regularly.
19. TERMINATION
Company may terminate services for any reason, including breaches.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.
Venue: Broward County, Florida. Each party bears its own costs.
21. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Clients waive class or collective action rights; disputes are individual.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
Governed by Florida law; exclusive venue is Broward County, Florida.
23. SEVERABILITY
Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder of the Agreement.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This is the complete agreement, superseding prior communications.
25. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND ACCEPTANCE
Payment constitutes acceptance; digital signatures are enforceable.
26. COMMUNICATION
Client agrees to receive emails, WhatsApp/Telegram messages, phone, or SMS.
Client must update contact information.
27. LANGUAGE
Agreement is in English; translations are for convenience, with English prevailing.
28. NON-WAIVER
Non-enforcement of any provision does not waive future enforcement.
29. HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
30. CLIENT DECLARATION
Client understands and voluntarily agrees to these terms.
31. SUBCONTRACTING
Company may use subcontractors; quality remains Company’s responsibility.
32. NO PARTNERSHIP
This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment.
33. SURVIVAL
Payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and dispute provisions survive termination.
34. NOTICES
Legal notices to: familystarcompany@gmail.com.
35. TAXES
Clients are responsible for applicable taxes or fees.
36. NON-CIRCUMVENTION
Clients must not bypass Company to work with affiliated providers.
37. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Company may request ID and refuse service if identity is unverified.
38. DOCUMENT RETENTION
Documents are retained per federal law or Company policy; clients should keep copies.
Destruction follows federal guidelines.
39. ETHICAL COMPLIANCE
Clients must not request services violating legal or ethical standards.
40. COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
Company cooperates with law enforcement when required.
41. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
Clients confirm no U.S. sanctions apply and will not use services for sanctioned entities.
42. RECORDINGS AND TRANSCRIPTS
Virtual sessions may be recorded with notice for quality and legal purposes.
43. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
Feedback or reviews may be used for marketing with anonymized data.
44. ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Client is bound by Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other website policies.
45. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
Client accepts risks of digital services and must secure their devices.
46. RIGHT TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY
Client may consult a licensed attorney for legal advice.
